TikTok sizes and safe zones
The 9:16 safe zone that the caption, action rail and profile chip actually eat — drawn on your own frame.
TikTok’s dimensions are the easy part: 1080 × 1920, 9:16, everywhere. The hard part is that the interface covers a great deal of it, and TikTok explicitly says the safe zone changes with caption length and format rather than publishing a fixed rectangle.
These tools take the conservative position: draw the action rail and caption block where they actually fall, mark the 3:4 crop your profile grid takes from a cover, and let you export either a clean frame or a guide proof with the zones burned in.

TikTok questions
What are the TikTok video dimensions?
1080 × 1920 at 9:16. TikTok states 540 × 960 as a minimum for in-feed assets, but that is a floor rather than a target.
Does TikTok publish exact safe-zone pixel values?
No. TikTok distributes downloadable safe-zone template files through Ads Manager and notes the area depends on dimension, caption length and add-ons. The overlays here use conservative observed values and say so on the page.
Doing more than one platform?
The One Image to Social Pack applies a single focal point across every destination you pick and gives you one ZIP with a manifest listing each size, its source and the date it was checked.
