LinkedIn image sizes and editors
Banners that clear the profile photo, plus feed images at the ratios that hold their height on mobile.
The single most expensive LinkedIn mistake is assuming there is one banner size. The personal profile background is 1584 × 396 at 4:1; the Page cover is 1128 × 191 at almost 6:1. They are different assets and neither substitutes for the other.
Both are here, along with feed image ratios and the profile photo. Every editor marks where the profile photo or Page logo overlaps the banner, and shows the narrower crop the mobile app applies.
Runs on your device. Your image is decoded, cropped and encoded by this browser tab. It is never uploaded, and there is no image-processing service behind this page.

LinkedIn questions
What is the LinkedIn banner size?
1584 × 396 for a personal profile background photo, under 8 MB, as JPG or PNG. A company Page cover is a different asset at 1128 × 191.
What image size should I use for a LinkedIn post?
1200 × 1200 is the reliable default. 1080 × 1350 (4:5) takes up more of a phone screen, and 1200 × 627 suits link-style landscape shares. All three are on the post size page.
