Why this asset is awkward
A LinkedIn photo is seen at three sizes and only one of them is big: 112 pixels on your profile, 48 beside your name on a post, and 32 in search results and messaging. The 32-pixel version is the one that decides whether a recruiter recognises you, and it is roughly the size of this letter O scaled up twice.
This editor previews all three at true scale with the circular mask applied, and marks the inner ring that an #OpenToWork or #Hiring frame covers — a detail that catches people out, because the frame is applied after upload and eats the outer edge of the circle.
